Return & Refund Policy

Personal Event Booking Cancellations:

• 50% of the booking amount will be forfeited if cancelled 60 days prior.
• 75% of the booking amount will be forfeited if cancelled 15 days prior.
• No refund will be given if cancelled within 14 days or less of the event.
  
  

LENIN Cruise Events:

• Tickets once booked cannot be refunded or exchanged.
• No refunds will be provided if the cruise is canceled after it has sailed.
• If an event is cancelled due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, the event may be rescheduled with a rescheduling fee of Rs 200 per guest.
  
  

Compensation:

• No compensation will be provided for delays due to mishaps or unavoidable reasons.
• Refunds for unavailability of the cruiser will be given without any interest or additional compensation.
  
  

Rescheduling:

• Rescheduling is subject to availability, with a fee of Rs 200 per guest.
