Payment Policy:
- Minimum 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking. The full amount must be paid 10 working days prior to the event.

Cancellation Policy:
- 50% of the booking amount will be forfeited if cancelled 60 days prior to the event.
- 75% of the booking amount will be forfeited if cancelled 15 days prior to the event.
- No refund will be given if cancelled within 14 days of the event.
Security Deposit:
- A refundable deposit of INR 10,000 is to be paid at the time of booking, and it will be refunded after the event, subject to deductions for any damages or overtime charges.

Time Extension Charges:
- Exceeding the booked time will result in extra charges, which will be deducted from the security deposit or paid by the guest on board.

- Kids up to 3 years: Complimentary.

General Rules:
- Rights of admission are reserved.
- Unlawful resale of tickets will lead to cancellation without compensation.
