Booking Policy for hiring the cruise for personal bookings:
 
Minimum 50% advance of the total booking amount is to be paid at the time of the booking.  
full payment to be made 10 working days prior to the date of the event.  

Cancellations and Refund Policy for PERSONAL BOOKING EVENTS:

In case the hirer fails to go out in the cruiser or cancel the event, then the following cancellation policies are applicable:  

#Advance or 50% of the booking amount will be forfeited if cancelled 60 days prior to event date 

#75% of the booking amount will be forfeited of the total amount of booking if cancelled 15 days prior to event date 

# No refund will be given back if cancelled 14 days or less to event date .
 
Cautions Money: 
The Guest host will pay a refundable Security Deposit money of INR Rs10,000/- at the time of booking the ship, which will be released after the day of the event get over after subtracting of any kind of damages to the ship like furniture, linen, crockery and cutleries etc , if found. If damages expense exceeds more from security money then the exceed amount will be spayable by the guest.

If time duration exceeds of the time booking of the ship, then exceed timing will be chargeable and it will be deducted from security money or payable by guest on board.

Any damages made to the ship by the hirer or by the guest will result in charges being applied. 
 
Reporting Place: WEST BENGAL TOURSIM JETTY –  (Opposite to Eden Garden Railway Station Platform)  

Insurance : Customers are advised to acquire from their own side. 
 
Children Policy:  
1. Kids up to 3 years are complimentary 
2. Kids up to 8 years are chargeable 50 % of the package price. ( applicable on our LENIN events not on personal event bookings )
3. Guest need to carry id proof failing which we may charge the full ticket to kids.
